Controlling Cubase VST

These are all possible combinations to control volume, pan, solo, and mute of 
channel 1-16 of the Cubase VST audio mixer. The VST Remote setting has to be in 
Roland MCR8 mode. Thanks to Geo for posting the controller numbers on the Cubase

 VST Volume+Mute  volume and mute channels 1-16 
 VST Volume+Solo  volume and solo channels 1-16 
 VST Pan+Mute  pan and mute channels 1-16 
 VST Pan+Solo  pan and solo channels 1-16 
 VST Vol+Pan 1  volume and pan, mute and solo channels 1-8 
 VST Vol+Pan 2  volume and pan, mute and solo channels 9-16
